Requesting Virtual Cards in Abacus
Users can request a virtual card from their personal Dashboard. Abacus will import all transactions made on an approved card.
1. From your Abacus Dashboard, click Request New Card.
2. In the New Card Request dialog, select what the card will be used for from the options provided.
4. Fill in the following fields:
- Card Purpose: Describe how the card will be used.
- Budget: In USD, fill in the balance to be put on the new card.
- Frequency: Determine whether the card has a recurring budget, and how often the balance is reapplied.
- Category: Choose an Expense Category from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Request Card.
Once the Card Request is approved by an Admin, it will appear on your Personal Dashboard. Learn more about using your virtual cards in Abacus.
