Abacus works with the latest versions of the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge 
• Safari for Mac 
• Firefox 

Abacus does not support:

• Internet Explorer 10 or earlier
• Opera
• Any betas/developer previews of browsers
• Other browsers

In addition, Abacus is not supported on your mobile web browser. Instead, please use our Android app or iOS app.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you are experiencing issues, try these troubleshooting tips:

• Try refreshing the page
• Disable any browser extensions you have turned on (pro tip: an 'Incognito Window' on Chrome disables browser extensions within that window)
• Update your browser to the latest version
• Test for the issue in a different supported browser or on a different computer to see if it's isolated to your current browser/computer
