Corporate card assignments are an ongoing maintenance process that can be cumbersome - particularly for customers with large and continually changing card programs. The Auto-Match Corporate Cards feature allows Abacus to match the information we receive from third-party card programs to the names of Abacus users.
Abacus uses the data we have for each user's First and Last Name on the People page to match the information of an issued card from the card provider.
Please Note: If more than one user with the same name exists, Abacus will not automatically match a corporate card to any of those users.
Once a card has matched with a user, it appears on the Team Cards page.
Additionally, admins receive an email notification whenever a user matches with a card.
