How to View Submitted Expenses on the Mobile App
To view a submitted expense on the mobile app, first determine whether it is a personal expense or one made with a company-issued corporate card.
- Corporate card expenses are found on the Transactions screen.
- Personal expenses are found on the Reimbursable Expenses screen.
For new users, submitted reimbursable expenses will not be visible on the app until they have been approved.
View Expenses on the iOS App
1. Click the Menu in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Click on Transactions for corporate card expenses or Reimbursable Expenses for personal expenses.
3. You will see your list of submitted expenses divided into two sections.
Corporate Card Transactions
- Unapproved Transactions: Corporate card expenses that are awaiting review and final approval.
- Completed Transactions: Corporate card expenses that have been returned or have received final approval.
Reimbursable Expenses
- My Pending Expenses: Reimbursable expenses that are awaiting review and approval.
- Completed Expenses: Reimbursable expenses that have been denied, returned, or approved and are awaiting payment.

1. Click the tab for the Personal section, then click the Menu in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Click on Transactions or Reimbursable Expenses depending on the type of expense.
3. You will see your list of submitted expenses divided into two sections.
